An apostille or an authentication is a specialized certification, that certifies the authenticity of the signature, seal or position of the said person for a public document. An apostille is recognized and used in foreign countries that participate in the Hague Convention and an authentication is used for foreign countries that do not participate in the Hague Convention.

For all face to face appointments require a unexpired photo ID.

If your appointment is regarding notary services you will need to bring the documents that need to be notarized. If your document requires additional signers or witnesses, please bring them along as well. If you do not have your own witnesses, please let us know in advance, so we can do our best to accommodate you.
